Please Note.
Overnight services include 24 hours of care. Clients will be required to select a drop-off and pick-up time when booking boarding requests, and sitter arrival and departure times for house sitting.
Extended Care rates will apply to stays if there is a significant time difference between the start of the stay on the first day, and the end of the stay on the last day.
Extended care rates: +2-8 additional hours— 50% of nightly rate. 8+ hours—100% of nightly rate.
Payment in full for all services must be made at least 7 days before the start of service when booked in advance.
Cancellation policy for all overnight stays:
7 days. Clients get a full refund if they cancel one week before the stay starts. After that, they get a 50%.
Cancellation policy for other services:
24 hours. Clients will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of service. After that, they receive a 50% refund.
